Tra Que Vegetable Village
Tra Que Vegetable Village is located about 2km to the northeast of Hoi An Ancient Town. Here is the place that you can witness the panoramic process of growing vegetable according to standards of "green-clean-beautiful".
The farmers in the village will guide visitors from planting, tending and harvesting vegetables, so you can do gardening work like sowing and watering vegetables. In addition, you can enjoy dishes prepared with typical green vegetables of Tra Que such as Quang noodle, cao lau noodle ... and do some sightseeing around the village.
Thanh Ha Pottery Village
Thanh Ha Pottery Village is located right at the bank of Thu Bon River, belongs to Thanh Ha ward, Hoi An city, about 2km to the west of the old town. In the 16th – 17th century, Thanh Ha was a very thriving village, famous for ceramic and terracotta items which were exchanged, wholesale throughout the central provinces of Vietnam. The pottery village originated from Thanh Hoa, after acquiring some techniques, the pottery village was formed as guest can see today.
Main products in Thanh Ha village are the utensils serving daily life activities, such as cups, bowls, jars, jars, vases, bowls, animals... with many different styles, colors are very rich and especially lighter than the same products of other localities.

Kim Bong Carpentry Village
Located in Cam Kim commune, Kim Bong carpentry village is now about 600 year old. Under the Nguyen Dynasty, Kim Bong was famous for exquisite carpentry work like boats and houses. In addition, the architecture of the house or the temple at the ancient town of Hoi An was also designed by the hands of Kim Bong carpenters.
To come to the village, we only need to take a boat from the old town of Hoi An in about 10 minutes. Once setting foot on this land, the distinct sound of chiselling or cutting makes travellers feel excited about an attractive tourist destination. Wooden products of the village are considered gentle, rustic but very sophisticated. Here, visitors can buy the horizontal image, wooden statues, chairs or even small unique toy with natural colour.
Currently, Kim Bong carpentry village is no longer famous for shipbuilding like the old time but very well-known for the production of handicraft products instead. However, the quintessence and ingenuity is still strongly imprinted on each product.
